Joke is searching for the essention of a feeling, an emotion, a moment. Recently the work is about situations in life that are, or seem to be quite normal, but can be alsoo unpleasant. She wants to express her inner life and thoughts.

Her paintings are in collections in the Netherlands and abroad. Joke has her studio at her home. Free works and commissions.
